DRAFTING:

The draft will consist of 16 rounds. The first two rounds will be set by a pre-draft selection process. We will use cards Ace-Ten to determine the third, fifth, seventh, and ninth rounds. The fourth, sixth, eighth, and tenth rounds will be backward order of previous round. The last six rounds will be the ninth and tenth round order repeated till the end of the draft.


MONEY

The entry fee into this league is $40 and is to be paid the day of the draft. The winnings will be doled out at the end of the year as follows:

FANTASY BOWL CHAMPION: $120
FANTASY BOWL RUNNER-UP: $60
THIRD PLACE GAME WINNER: $40
Best Record 1st Half (First 7 weeks) – Tiki Division: $10
Best Record 1st Half (First 7 weeks) – Ronde Division: $10
Best Record 2nd Half (Next 6 weeks) – Tiki Division: $10
Best Record 2ND Half (Next 6weeks) – Ronde Division: $10
Highest Team Score During Any Week: $10 (excluding playoffs)
Highest Team Score During Each Week: $5
Highest Score By Any Individual Player Each Week: $5

Any ties for pot money will be divided equally among all those tied.


TEAM LINEUPS:

A starting lineup will consist of the following positions:

1 Team Quarterback
2 Running Backs
3 Wide Receivers/Tight Ends
1 Kicker
1 Defense.

Lineups must be e-mailed in by noon on Sunday. For Thursday games, you can e-mail players that play that day and e-mail the rest of your lineup in on Sunday as normal. For Saturday games your lineup for the week must be in before the start of the first game. If you do not e-mail before the first game starts we will use your previous week's lineup. Please cc: your opponent when you send in your starting lineup. Everyone's e-mail address is listed on the website.


SCORING:

Players will receive points in the following manner: In every situation where yardage is concerned, it is rounded down – i.e. 19 yards will become 10 yards to determine points.

TEAM QUARTERBACKS
1 point for every ten yards rushing
1 point for every twenty yards passing
2 points for passing for a two-point conversion
3 points for every passing touchdown
6 points for every rushing touchdown

RUNNING BACKS/WIDE RECEIVERS/TIGHT ENDS
1 point for every ten yards rushing
1 point for every ten yards receiving
2 points for rushing for a two-point conversion
2 points for receiving for a two-point conversion
6 points for rushing for a touchdown
6 points for receiving for a touchdown

KICKERS
1 point for an extra point
3 points for a field goal of 49 yards or less
4 points for a field goal of 50 yards or more

DEFENSE
1 point for an interception
2 points for a safety
2 points for allowing 90-99 rushing yards by the opponent
3 points for allowing 80-89 rushing yards by the opponent
4 points for allowing 71-80 rushing yards by the opponent
5 points for allowing 70 rushing yards or less by the opponent
6 points for returning an interception for a touchdown
6 points for returning a fumble for a touchdown
6 points for returning a punt for a touchdown
6 points for returning a kickoff for a touchdown

*Team QB statistics will be combined. If Brett Favre goes down and Tim Couch or Doug Pederson come in, the statistics of both will be combined and scored against.


TRANSACTIONS:

Transactions involve dropping and picking up players and making trades. All transactions must take place between Tuesday at 7:00am CDT and before kickoff of the first game of the week.

PICKUPS/DROPS

All pickups cost $1. The only exception to this rule is if a player is injured after draft day but before the first game of the season; these transactions are free. Tuesday at 7:00am CDT will be the first opportunity for the five worst record teams to do pickups. All teams may pick up players after Thursday at 7:00am CDT. The pickup deadline is before the first game of Week 11.

TRADES

Trades are free and may occur between any team during the transaction period for the week. Trades need to be approved by the Dictator.


PLAYOFFS:

Six teams will make the playoffs on a yearly basis. Week Fourteen is the first round of the playoffs. Division Winners will have a bye for the first week of the playoffs. The winners will go on to the second week of the playoffs, Week Fifteen, to play the Division champions. Week Sixteen is the Championship Game. A Third Place game will occur in Week Sixteen where the two losing teams in Week Fifteen will square off. Here are the Playoff seeds:

1st Seed: Top Division Winner
2nd Seed: Next Best Division Winner
3rd Seed: Best Non Division Winner
4th Seed: Next Best Non Division Winner
5th Seed: Next Best Non Division Winner
6th Seed: Next Best Non Division Winner

Here are the tiebreakers for Division Winners with the same record, or for determining a Division Winner between teams with the same record.

4) Most Points Scored Between the two teams during the regular season
